No offense, but I am so glad it isn’t here. I am not doing well with the snow and cold we have! Our 19 month old basset hound thinks it is great with the snow, he can eat it and it has all new smells! He usually is a good walker but now he thinks this is so fun that we need to run through it. He is so low to the ground if he falls he just sort of bounces. Now, I am so scared of falling and hurting myself I am curtailing our long walks. He does not like that and is being so ornery!
Anyway, I am saying 13 inches at your place and 24 at the most hard hit. I hope it doesn’t hamper your power and that you stay warm, dry, and safe!

Sorry Janet but I’m guessing 23.5 inches ;-)). We got 12 inches here in Erie last week and it didn’t sound anything like what is predicted for you! Ours was the normal lake effect stuff.

My guess is 17.9 inches at your house. For highest for storm 25 inches. These are true guess because I have never lived any where with snow! California native. Be safe but you know that right??

13.5 at your house and the worst will be 22 inches. I’m the hopeful type. I actually think both of my estimates are extremely low. If it’s any consolation, I live closer to Philly and we’re in the “12-20″ and blizzard warning” zone”. We’re now all in. Binky and I are knitting and will then do our paper pumpkins

I know the contest thing is over but I just hope that the weather folks are wrong! I think sometimes they get really excited forecasting huge storms almost but not exactly like little boys bragging. Does that statement make sense to you? ;-)))

So the only they were wrong about what just how BIG it was going to be.
My son lives in Manhattan . Everything stopped! No transportation as subways closed. He just stayed in for the duration, for once he did as I had suggested! I think they got 20 some inches.
