For those unfamiliar with Paper Pumpkin help me unbox the March kit and see what the kits are all about.
So as mentioned in the video I have a few alternative ideas for you. I love that I can simply follow the instructions and get my craft fix in about 30 minutes or I can use the kit along with additional Stampin’ UP! products to “go off road” as I like to call it.
Project #1 features one of the note cards mounted on a thick whisper white panel creating a traditional size card (4.25″ x 5.5″ ) That fits in an A2 Envelope. T
The pretty vellum rose was die cut with the Rose Wonders framelits and I couldn’t resist adding the amazing die cut from golfd foil. It’s from the Celebrate You thinlits – a free gift with $100 purchase. In addition the rose layer was texturized with the Stylish stripes folder.
Project #2 is an acetate card box that holds all 8 of the cards and envelopes. I used elements from a second kit to create the cover of the box
Project #3 features my FAVORITE sale-a-bration free gift option – the Springtime foils designer paper, seen here die cut with a circle from the layering circles. The wood elements that were a free gift in the kit are natural on one side and white on the other and easily stamped.
Project #4 Is a sweet little gift bag. Any small paper bag works for this. All elements are glued to the flap making the bag reusable by the recipient. I also added linen thread in place of the white bakers twine included in the kit.
Project #5 – the final project is a sweet little pin to wear featuring our miniature embroidery hoops from the Spring catalog.
I mentioned in my video that Stampin’ UP! provides and official video each month and here is March’s official one.
