Happy National Craft Month. I’ve joined together with almost 50 fellow demonstrators from all over the globe to celebrate.
We know that card making and rubberstamping is one type of craft but as a demonstrator one of the things I love about the Stampin’ UP! product line is all the unique ways it can be used beyond cardmaking – Scrapbooking, home decor, jewelry making, party decor – just to mention a few.
For my project today I decide to focus on something non paper – ceramic tiles.
Check this video out to see how easy these can be with supplies you may already have on hand.
TiPS
1. make sure tile is clean
2. emboss image or stamp with memento black ink
3. add color with Stampin’ Blends (if sealing you can also use traditional stampin’ write markers)
4. seal with acrylic or matte finish (I prefer Krylon sprays)
5. OPTIONAL – add felt to bottom
I ordered my tiles HERE at Oriental Trading company although they currently do not have any listed in inventory.
Thanks for visiting our fellow “blog hoppers”.
Don’t forget that it’s sale-a-bration and you have until March 31st to qualify for the Blossiming Basket bundle as a free gift with purchase.
Two ways to shop with me – ONLINE or by EMAIL – both qualify for my monthly customer appreciate gift.
