Welcome Back to day #3 of Glimmer Week. A week featuring projects using the soon to be released 6×6 Pack of Glimmer paper that will be available as an exclusive choice with purchase beginning February 22nd.
I love Sale-a-bration, I love free product, I love sparkly so the 6×6 Paper Stack is perfect.
As part of glimmer week I am doing a daily giveaway. Congratulations to Lori S for being our day#2 winner (watch for an email). I use the random number generator to pick a winner from all who comment. Details are below.
For Today’s project showcasing the glimmer paper I used the smallest sliver of paper to add a small touch that has a big impact on this cute t-shirt from the Custom Tee Bundle. The impression of lace is given with the use of our paper doilies and of course I’m back to my stitched framelits.
BLOG CANDY – HOW TO WIN…
I am notorious for not putting greetings on my cards.
Each project will not feature a greeting and I am asking you to suggest a greeting from any current Stampin’ Up! set by commenting on this post.
I will post a daily winner in the next blog post from the previous day (beginning February 16th)
I will also post 7 additional winners on February 23rd from those who left comments in case you miss out posting on the actual day – one from each blog post.
Happy Commenting and Good Luck!

This was the same prompt as yesterday….but I will leave another message,
“Help others bloom” ….. for the Avant Garden set
I love the T-shirt set! This is so cute with the sparkly collar and doily ruffles. I like the sentiment Happy Birthday Gorgeous from Beautiful You.
Hi Janet. I think for today’s card you can use the sentiment from high tide that says you have the amazing ability to take an ordinary moment and make it shine. (or something like that) lol. I love your blog btw. Keep up the fabulous work, hugs, Amy
That is so cute, love what you did with the doily!! How about “You’ve got this” fro the You’ve got this set in the annual catty.
Such a cute idea and I like how you added the doilies! Thanks for the chances to win!!
I like that Harlequin paper! In the stamp set Greatest Greetings, i would use “you grow, girl!” Maybe along with a number for the age..
Love this color combo and the glittery collar! I like the saying “BE YOU {TIFUL} from the Flower Patch stamp set.
Cute card! How about Happy Happenings?
I like “THE BEST IS YET TO COME” inside the frame stamp, maybe with a little confetti, all from the Balloon Adventures set. Use one of the other sentiments inside.
I head about this in your newsletter.
For this one – maybe new mama?
Special Reason –
“There’s no special reason for this card…
…except to let you know how special you are!”
Cute T-shirt that is blinged up with both glimmer paper and doilies! I guess the T-short can be the spring/summer version of the ugly cable sweaters! I love the argyle-like background and it gives playfullness to the card. I am suggesting “ENJOY Life and Have Fun” as in Suite Sayings or “The best things in life are sweet …..just like you.” The card is definitely sweet! I know I would love a card like that with sayings like that are just sort of thinking of you type of card!
Using the Labeler Alphabet set. make the words. “Pardon my slip.” I an’t wait to use some of the new Glimmer paper.
Day#3. – Happy Birthday
thank you
“Thanks for being you.” from the Avant Garden set would be an appropriate saying. Love the sparkle collar!
thank you
The first thing that came to mind was “Happy Mother’s Day!” I’m also a newsletter subscriber! 🙂 Love just a tad of glimmer, that way it lasts longer!!!
thank you
Love this card.
thank you
Oh man it just keeps better and better with the prizes. I think the greeting should be from beautiful you on this card that says hello gorgeous.
thank you and good luck
What a very clever idea to use the glimmer paper as the collar for the shirt! LOVE it!
thank you
Love the details you added to the shirt! Looks so feminine. The glimmer paper is gorgeous!
thank you
Peter Pan collars bring back memories of so many childhood outfits. Though none were as sparkly as this one today! For such a special tee the sentiments in Designer Tee would be a good choice. Especially like”When in doubt stamp”. Such a fun card!!
I still love peter pan collars
I love the sparkle on the tee. My suggestion for the sentiment is from the Love Sparkles Stamp Set: Let love Sparkle. I think its fitting. TFS.
thank you
“Thinking of You” from the “Time of Year” Hostess Stamp Set. Love this card Janet!!
Very t-shirt cats ,clever ideal using the doilies.
“Hi There” from Builder Birdcage. Love the glitter collar on the T-shirt
From milestone moments, I think that would make a cute Happy Sixteenth Birthday card for a girl!
Cute card for a teenage girl birthday
Like the bright colors used on the card
