Have you noticed this stamp set in the Annual Catalog?? It’s the perfect versatile stamp set for so many occasions and needs.

For today’s project I paired the greeting with the party hat and a test tube from the September 2016 Paper Pumpkin refill kit for a fun birthday card that comes complete with a candle and balloons. I also used designer paper from one of the sale packs – Festive Birthday

The confetti paper is one of my favorites and it works for lots of occasions. Using the little test tube is a fun idea for the birthday card to include a candle and balloons. You could even add some confetti to the tube! Who knew these test tubes would have been such a hit! Great job.
