One of my teammates had these really cool acrylic light bulb ornaments and when I saw them I was instantly inspired and had two thoughts pop into my head
“You light up my life” and “Jesus is the light of the World”.
I used both ideas for the projects below.
You Light Up My Life – I decorated the bulb, made as slit in our kraft window box for the top of the ornament and decorated the box with some of our new silver vellum paper, silver bakers twine, buttons and bermuda bay designer paper. I filled the box with paper curls which is a great way to use scraps.
Jesus is the Light of the World – I added decorated light bulb ornaments to our tabe top tree and created a simple garland with the words “Jesus is the light of the world”, paper dolies, silver vellum, and scaps I had laying on my work space.
