Thanks to great customers like  yourself and a wonderful team I was blessed recently to participate in my 16th Incentive trip (And already have the 17th earned!) with Stampin’ UP!. While I miss the adrenalin of being a trauma nurse and thinking with that side of my brain I sure love the PERKS of being in Direct Sales.

SU has 3 different trips that can now be earned each year – Rising Star -exclusively for new demonstrators, Get Away a 3 day trip (this year to San Diego) or the Grand Vacation (this coming year a full week on the Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas with our International SU Sisters!).

We began the  long flight from BWI then to St. Louis then to LAX and finally to Nadi, Fiji. We arrived in the early morning and were greeted with happy musicians and our first taste of the warmth of the Fijian People.

SU Incentive Trips have their own “swag” in the form of prize patrols at our general session, daily gifts in the hospitality room, this year poolside prize patrols and nightly pillow gifts for us and even our spouses. I love the tags and packaging as much as the gifts.

On our Incentive trips SU maintains a Hospitality room which is always staffed by members of our events team as well as corporate team members and members of our board of directors.It’s a chance and place to win daily prizes, get answers to questions, meet up with fellow demonstrators, connect with executive team members (what other company do you know of where the President, CEO’s, VP’s and more take shifts to serve you??), eat lots of candy, this year grab a bottle of Fiji water from the never empty fridge and check out displays.

The Sofitel was a great home base and you could easily stay busy just as the resort. Between the wonderful welcome reception with a great band, fijian marching band, fijian dancers, corporate presentations to the final dinner on the lawn with more local talent and food.

We also enjoyed a great amazing breakfast buffet everyday and a morning of stamping presentations by talented fellow demonstrators. Believe it or not we still found time to enjoy the beach, the pool, excursions, and the beauty of the hotel.
