It’s that time of year when we start thinking about gift giving. There are times when you just wish you had something small to give because it really is the thought not the gift. BUT..
a. Small things can still be expensive to wrap
b. Small things can look “cheap”
Here is a simple project that makes these 2/$1.00 nail files found in the dollar bin at my local craft store look great and they are a practical gift. Who doesn’t need a nail file in their purse, desk, car?
