Ribbon is a great embellishment to use on hand made greeting cards. But sometimes we tend to use it the same way over and over again. In my 3 part Ribbon Series class I have been focusing on different ways to use Ribbon.
Part I included a stand, loose leaf rings, 10 yards of ribbon, 3 finished cards and 7 ribbon techniques. You can see Part I HERE
Part II included 10 technique cards, 5 yards of ribbon and 3 finished cards.
All classes include videos, PDF’s and for those participating in all 3 some awesome bonus tips and handouts.
ENJOY PART II
Here are two of the techniques feature on the Video
Gitter tip ribbon – a great way to prevent fraying and to add a pop of pizzaz
Smooshed ribbon – simply smoosh the ribbon randomly into the sticky strip. Might be a little challenging for those who like things symmetrical.
Such great ideas! I really love the glitter ribbon and the smooshed ribbon. Now I need to try those out.
Who would have thought just the little touch of glitter on the ribbon ends would make such a difference! If I accidentally have a smooshed ribbon I am going to say it is an official technique and I am referring them to your site! I think I need to watch this again for the other ideas! Totally fun!
Glitter makes everything better!
These are all wonderful but I think that I love the ribbon dipped in glitter the most so far! Great series…thank you!
