I made this banner for my powder bath Holiday update. Stay tuned for full pictures or better yet stop by an upcoming Big Shot event, RemARKable Crop & Craft, class or team event. The banner uses the small pennant from the BIG SHOT XL Pennant die. It is simply cut down the middle and overlapped for this style of Pennant.
Supplies used include – Big Shot XL Pennant Die, Bridesmaid Specialty Paper, Pale Plum Cardstock, Vanilla Taffeta Ribbon, Rhinestone Brads, Sticky Cut Pages, Big Shot Stampin’ UP! alphabet simple letters, Big Shot Circle #2 Die (Can’t live without this one), Fine Cosmos Glitter – all from Stampin’UP!

Ok I am in love – these shimmer paints from Stampin’ UP! are small but powerful. I love that they dry quickly (almost instantly on cardstock) and can be applied by fingertip, brush, dauber, sponge, q-tip. They are amazing. I can guarantee that you will be seeing them a lot.
I created some Pennant Die Angels this week to use for my upcoming holiday decorations and will be featuring Perfect Plum, Mellow Moss, Champagne, Silver as a color scheme in my powder bath and stamp world. Inspired by ornaments I purchased at a local craft store. The angels were a little drab until
1. I used the Stampin’UP! textured impressions embossing folder Finial press
2. I used shimmer paints applied with a dauber lightly over the raised edges
Supplies used – Big Shot XL Pennant Die, Stampin’UP! Textured Impressions Embossing Folder Finial Press, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, Silver Wire, Shimmer Paint, Mellow Moss Cardstock, Perfect Plum Cardstock.

Sticky Cuts Glitter ornaments

I wanted an unusual place setting gift for an upcoming event. After spending time at the local craft store and getting inspired by all the ornaments I settled on a handmade ornament.
I used our sticky cut 12×12 pages to die cut Big Shot Decorative Strip Dies Swirly, Big Shot Bigz Dies – Tulipe, Decorative Accents, and Decorative Accents #2. I also used Stampin’UP!’s Decorative Vinyl Sheets to cut the guests initial. Apply initials first to ornament, then rub ornament with embossing buddy or swifter cloth, then add sticky cut images, remove backing from sticky cuts, add glitter! Fill with candy treats (size of ornament opening will determine treats – I chose yogurt covered raisins, dark chocolate covered coffee beans and brown M&M’s). Tie ribbon on and hang from tree or ornament holder as pictured.
