Ribbon Dress
I found these great metal dress forms on clearance at Pier One for just $9.99 and just knew what I wanted to do with it. The photo organizer I have had for years & found it at a craft store. I am rebuilding my business after taking time to enjoy my kids high school years and a year sulking over an empty nest. I am blessed to not only have a craft room but an office as well. For me it helps me focus. I love my office it has 3 huge windows that face the farm across the street from two and the lake and horse pasture from the other. Very tranquil. I decided that if I was going “back to work” my office needed a spruce up. I love the yellow paint, the stamped hydrangea border and the colors so I am just working on small updates. This ribbon dress and photo organizer are the first two. Best part was I created both in less than 30 minutes total and it didn’t require any special skills – just some adhesive and scissors.
Supplies used – Marina Mist (Striped grosgrain, taffeta, wide grosgrain, satin), Daffodil Delight (striped grosgrain, wide grosgrain, satin, taffeta) , crochet trims, paper daisies, daffodil delight ink, tea stain ink spot, vintage brads, vintage trinkets.
