I created this purse to use on the Stampin’ UP! cruise last month. The felt clutch is from a local craft store and the purse chain I found at the Lancaster Quilt show. I used the crop a dile to punch holes for the chain, perfect setting die for the ruffle, butterfly die, Pretties beads and some found lace. Very quick, very easy but unique and personal.
